Material	The cabinet is entirely made of 0.5mm thick SPCC cold-rolled steel. The cabinet uses high-frequency welded cold-rolled sealed steel, which undergoes special anti-corrosion treatment with internal and external plating before forming. Welding requirements are in accordance with GB/T3325-1995, CO2 protection welding, "Atlantic" copper-plated welding wire. Welding is free of slag, pores, and weld beads; no detachment, poor welding, or weld penetration; finely polished, smooth and flat. All weld lines are polished to ensure the cabinet's appearance. After pickling, phosphating, shot blasting, oil and rust removal, and degreasing, each steel component is subjected to high-pressure constant-temperature epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying and cured at a high temperature of 230-235 degrees Celsius. The coating is uniform, with a surface gloss of 80%, hardness >0.4, impact strength 4N-M, adhesion >Grade 2, film thickness ≥0.06mm, corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant, and good protective performance.
